Vwake is a VTuber voice alarm application that provides pre-recorded voice packs for users to set as alarms.
2. In-App Purchases
- Voice packs are non-consumable, one-time purchases. Once purchased, they remain available permanently.
- Purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Free voice packs may be used permanently without purchase.
3. Usage Restrictions
- You may not copy, distribute, or resell the voice content within the Application.
- Voice content is for personal alarm use only.
4. Intellectual Property
All voice content, designs, and trademarks are owned by Vwake or are used under proper license.
5. Disclaimer
- The Application is provided "as is" without any guarantee that the alarm will function correctly on all devices.
- Battery saver settings on some Android devices may affect alarm functionality.
- We are not liable for any losses caused by an alarm failing to ring.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or modify the service at any time. Purchased content remains usable for as long as the Application is available.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
