Vwake's core flow is "wake up to your oshi" — once the alarm is dismissed, users land directly in the voice store. Every user passes through the store at least once a day. When fans of other agencies, individual VTuber audiences, or newcomers to the scene browse, they're easily drawn in by your voice and persona — and become new fans.

A fan wakes to your voice and turns off the alarm — that warmth is exactly when they most want to respond. The letter-sending window is limited to their local morning, catching that emotion.

A fan sends you a written letter and pays for your reply — answer in text, or record or upload a voice clip. The reply is seen only by them — a good morning that belongs to them alone.
From the moment you sign up to earning through morning letters long after you go live, you do it all yourself in the console.
Revenue share model — every fan purchase earns you a cut. Specific revenue split, pricing, and payout details (bank transfer / tax handling) are shared with the partnership contract. Monthly payouts.
No — you're fully in control. Morning letters can be turned on or off anytime, and you set your own daily cap on incoming letters — lower the cap to reply less, or switch it off entirely to take a break. You only need to reply within 48 hours; if you don't, the fan is automatically refunded, so nothing piles up. You can also block specific users. This is extra income, not an obligation, and it has no effect on your voice pack sales.
Not exclusive. The traditional static voice packs you sell on Booth or Fanbox are different from Vwake's in-app alarm voice format. Vwake doesn't restrict you from continuing to sell traditional packs elsewhere — we only require app-internal usage rights for the clips you record for us.
